What is Chiropractic?

Chiropractic is a primary health profession concerned with the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of mechanical disorders of the musculoskeletal system (e.g. joints, ligaments, tendons and nerves), and the effects of these disorders on the function of the nervous system and general health.

Chiropractors use a wide range of manipulative, mobilisation and soft tissue techniques designed to improve the function of the joints relieving pain and muscle spasm. You may also be offered advice on diet, exercise and lifestyle, and rehabilitation programmes that involve exercises to do in your own time.

NOT SURE IF CHIROPRACTIC IS RIGHT FOR YOU?
